1、技术原理:Art of Technology:
采用纳米氧化铝为原料,集材料科学、凝聚态物理、表面、界面等多学科综合技术,经高度浓缩悬浮生产工艺,通过纳米颗粒表面修饰技术、凝胶浇注成型技术等制备出的高强度、耐高温的泡沫陶瓷。本产品使用高温度可以达到1750℃,是我国目前硅酸铝、多晶莫来石、氧化铝纤维等轻质材料无法达到的。
The Alumina Oxide Ceramic Foam Insulation was manufactured based on the multiple technologies of Material Science, Condensed Matter Physics, Surface/ Interface science with the Nano Particle of Alumina oxide . With the art of technology of highly concentrated suspension process, surface modification of nano-particles and Sol-Gel casting,the Alumina oxide ceramic foam with excellent compressive and flexural strength was developed. The application temperature can be high as 17500C which is not available for aluminium silicate, polycrystal mullite ,alumina based ceramic fiber or any other light weight brick in the market.
